Anyone have a fix yet? Microsoft says it's a bug in the latest build.

Well, please ask Microsoft because current ISO image on Microsoft page now is v1903. You may be able to use Windows.old on your machine. Please use the following instructions

There are few bugs including Intel video, we have to wait for updates from Microsoft.
