Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP user, I'm a freshly HP user.  I'm facing problem with error code 0xc0000225. How to I fix it. My laptop is installed windows 11.

 

I want to know it: I don't want to repair those error 0xc0000225.

 

Because I'm want to downgrade windows 10. I'm already have windows 10 bootable stick. So can I downgrade windows 11 to 10? With repair this error? After the windows 10 install process is complete. So those error is fix it or or? Because I don't want to use windows 11 and my laptop doesn't have a important data at this time. So can I fix this that solution? 

 

Additional Info: I'm buy HP laptop is last afew day ago. Shop/Seller is said me return the shop and bring it. They're fix it. But I'm live in another city. Shop is so far.
