So I am in the "Recovery Manager: Factory image recovery preparations" screen. I have all 1-3 discs labeled "System Recovery DVD: Windows 8.1 Recovery Media for Windows 8.1 Products" aswell as the "Application and Driver Recovery DVD".
Now my issue is when it comes to asking if I have a Supplement Disc(Application and Driver Recovery DVD) I put that disc in and it goes to "Restoring files to the hard drive" it loads up to 63% and I see this screen:
"Contact HP Support:
In most cases, recovering the hard drive will fix the problems.
If your problems continue, you may need to contact HP Support. Find HP Support contact information in your PC documentation."
Please any help, thank you.

You're very welcome.
Then you can try the clean install...because I doubt anyone will be able to help you get the recovery disks to work.
Since your PC came with W8.1 from HP, you can clean install W8.1 by making your own installation media at the link below.
This will only work if your PC did not come with W8.1 with Bing.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
Select the version of W8.1 the PC came with (standard, Pro)...If you install the right version, it will work with the Windows product key in your PC's BIOS and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below that will transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see what happens if you click on 'skip' when you are asked if you have a supplementary disk.
I did not think the application and driver DVD was a supplementary disk.
After W8.1 installs you run the application and driver DVD from the windows desktop and you can either let it autorun and install every possible thing on there, or check what you want to install.
I have HP notebook PC's that work that way...one OS disk, and one application and driver DVD.
I also have HP recovery disks that state for example: Disk 1 of 3, Disk 2 of 3, Disk 3 of 3 and a supplementary disk labeled as a supplementary disk.
There is also a way to clean install W8.1 as well, but just try that first and see what happens.
