Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Factory installed Windows 7 has crashed

The sticker carrying the serial fell off the laptop a while ago & i cant find it.

 

I need to know

1.how to restore the windows 7 ?

2.how to find the windows 7 version 32 or 64 ?

3.how to find the serial key for the windows ?

HP Recommended

HP does not keep a record of keys applied to machines. If you lost the license key for Windows the only option is using HP Recovery Media to install Windows-if you made yours. Or purchase a licensed Windows 7 dvd or usb. Ebay has some pretty inexpensive licensed copies since most have moved on to Windows 10 and sell their retail copies of Windows 7.

Most HP machines shipped with 64bit Windows.
