Initially had a corrupt driver file due to a failed upgrade. The file was bthmodem.sys. I tried a couple of things found online to solve my issue but nothing worked. The HP Pavilion was also unable to connect to the internet so I was limited on some things I could've done to remedy the issue.
After multiple attempts with different solutions, I decided to just factory reset the laptop and start fresh but now I can't make it past the boot up because I keep getting the blue screen of death with a stop code of DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION. I tried going into System Recovery menu by pressing F11 when I turn it on but I get the same blue screen with the same stop code.
I tried to reinstall Windows via a flash drive and I am able to get to the "Install Windows" portion but get a "We couldn't find any drivers. To get a storage driver, click load driver" but all the results come up empty. I don't have the option to factory reset through the BIOS Utility screen either. I did run Diagnostics on it (F2 at startup) and tests passed.
I am not sure what else I can do. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You have a couple of options:
1. You can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC and create a bootable USB recovery drive.
The HP image will have all of the necessary drivers included.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
2. If you want to clean install W11, you need to install the Intel storage controller drivers needed for Windows to find the drive on PC's with the Intel 11th generation and newer core processors.
I zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers below so Windows can find the drive.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and if those are the right drivers Windows should find the drive and install.

Thank you very much for your reply. I followed the steps that you listed under the HP cloud recovery tool option. Followed the video tutorial step by step as well and I did input the product number of the laptop with the issues and I was able to run the factory reset option from the Recovery Manager window in the laptop in question but after it completes and reboots, it goes back to the same Recovery Manager screen where I can select the "File Backup" or "Factory Reset" options.
I do not get the "Software Installation" window that is displayed in the video tutorial. Do I have to remove the flash drive after it does the factory reset? I didn't and I ran the Factory Reset option twice but left the flash drive in since it didn't specify to remove it. Do I just hard reset after doing it again or is this a different issue now?
EDIT:
Disregard the reply from above. After coming back to the Recovery Manager screen as I mentioned above, I clicked "Cancel" followed by "OK" to allow the laptop to shutdown. After it was powered off, I removed the USB and powered it back on and then the software installation process started. Thank you very much for your help! Took me almost a whole week to get this laptop working again! Thanks again! I will mark your reply as the solution!
