Product: Hp stream 14-cb0xx

Hello I am trying to factory reset my HP laptop. Says not enoough space to reset and asks me to clear disc space. when I go to delete things off of my drive it will say that the path cannot be found for everything i try to delete can someone please help me reset my laptop because i cant delete or move any files on my pc and it is running very slowly

Run the following 3 commands step by step in cmd (admin)

powercfg /H off

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Did you ever run the cleanmgr.exe command ?

 

A factory reset is the last and worst option!
