HP Recommended

Hi,

I am trying to factory reset my laptop so I can give it away.

I don't have any backup points or ISO images r the WIndows CD.

I do have the product key for Windows 7.

I have tried to use the F11 key and now on start up it says "Windows is not genuine".

Then if I click the "Get genuine now "  then "go online and resolve" it opens an Internet Explorer browser but cannot display the webpage

All I have on the desktop now is a recycling bin.

I am not sure what I can do from here.
