Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Many years ago i bought my HP Envy M6 laptop with windows 8 installed, a few years after i did the free upgrade from Window 8 to Windows 10. The laptop now runs Windows 10.

If i now choose to use the HP Recovery Manager to refresh the image or restore the system to its original factory state, will the system be refreshed or restored to its original Windows 8 or the newer Windows 10 ?

Hi
a factory reset, used to return to the original state at the first start-up
So, this reinstalls the version that was delivered, windows 8 here so
Be careful, because sometimes after upgrade the system is broken, and the return option may not work anymore
Sometimes updates had to be made, and again, not sure that it was 100% effective, given the number of Windows 10 versions that could be installed afterwards!
