Would like to know best way to do a complete Factory reset on this laptop (running Windows 10).

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP Support Community!

Press the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting. When the HP Startup Menu appears, select the option to do the reset.

That will take 2-3 hours or so.

When done, your PC will restart and you will be back in initial setup.
