I need the factory image of my laptop, i bought a new 512GB SDD, i need to load my laptop as it came from factory, how do i go about it please.

Use the HP Cloud Recovery Client software on your notebook's support page to create the W10 image.

 

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

 

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
