I would like to factory reset my HP 15-au018wm if anyone has the recovery image available.
I’ve been having issues with Windows 10 updates, and thinking it was some kind of virus infection, I formatted my drive, losing all the HP recovery.
The HP RECOVERY CLOUD tool is no longer a valid option because they no longer have the image available for this laptop model, although it was possible before.
Please, it would be very helpful if anyone has and can share the HP recovery image with me.
Best regards and thank you very much.

HP and Microsoft won't support Windows 10 on your machine any more, therefore no available source of recovery
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.

Hi, @RAFD
You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
HP Pavilion 15-au018wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
If you want the original HP factory image, you can contact this vendor at the link below and see how much it would cost to mail the recovery media to Mexico.
