I have an HP Pavilion Laptop. It kept getting stuck in a reboot loop. I used the F11 key to disable the automatic restart, then tried restarting it. When it turns back on, it goes to a Recovery screen, however, none of the options match the options on any guides I can find. The error code is 0xc0000001. I do not have any installation media like a disk or USB device. I've even tried to follow instructions to simply factory reset it, but there is no factory reset option anywhere I've checked, including using the F11 and F2 keys.

If your PC is 5 or less years old, it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the drive.
