Product: Hp Envy Pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Trouble shot my pc, factory rest and wiped the drive clean but once completed I have a black screen. Don’t know what’s the next step. Please help!

Try to run System Recovery again from F11 at power on.Steps here:

So I did these steps. I woke up to the screen saying F1 to reset or F2 to cancel the reboot. So I clicked F1 since I want to wipe everything off the hard drive but I have a black screen. Don’t know what to do after.

Hold the power button to shut down. Then power on and start tapping F11 or Esc, then F11. Sometimes it takes a second attempt to do a full System Recovery.
