HP Recommended

I’ve preformed a factory reset on my hp elite windows 10 laptop but now asking me for “other user” email and password. Ive tried my normal email and password but the response is that my username or password are incorrect. I’ve followed the troubleshooting option but it’s not allowing me to erase the account. 
grateful for any advice. Thank you for reading.
