Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
My laptop came with windows 8 with it but for some reason i had to change the windows to a windows 7 ultimate 32-bit. But now i need to factory reset my computer but it asks me to insert a windows disk. How do i tackle it . And also i cant acess BIOS so is there any way.
