HP Elitebook x360 1030 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to use HP Sure Recover over network I get this error:
Unable to locate region-specific recovery image for this system due to configuration error.

Does anyone have a solution for this ?
The computer model is HP Elitebook x360 1030 G4.

I also have trouble with running our task sequence on this model.
I get a bluescreen when it comes to the stage "installing devices %" and a circle is spinning.
We have many HP 1030 G4 with the same error.

The computer was delivered with Win10 Pro.
The computer has never used Home edition, so I dont think that thread is relevant.
It is a business model.

Hi, @niceguyarild have you considered doing a clean install of your Windows 10 operating system?

We are using a task sequence for Windows deployment.
It is an enterprise environment.
HP 1030 G4 is the only model that has this problem as far as i know.

I think there is a relation between the HP Sure Recover error and the error during the task sequence.

See if you can get in touch with HP Support, this error seems like a tough one. HP Support should be able to give you some answers.
