Product: Presario CQ60

Im super stuck on how to reset this old ass laptop. My father lost everything with it and wanted to throw it out but Im trying to save any suggestions

With a laptop that old, there is no built-in way to reset it that will work.

 

It probably used Windows 7 as the newest OS, and quite possibly, an older OS like Vista or XP -- and NONE of these are available from HP anymore.
