Product: ENVY X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ENVY X360 and wish to reset to the factory setting. Can some one tell me the best and easiest way to do this? I have no recovery disc I may add. Thanks very much everybody.

Hi Catherine

 

Use This link to find the information about system recovery for HP units. Also if you have the recovery partition on the unit you will not need recovery discs.
