HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch002tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm being prompted to update my Windows 10 so when I click on install it'll start the process and start installing up to 80% and stop and then  a pop up will come up saying 'This PC can't run Windows 10' and  'Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can update the systems BIOs'

Can you please assist as I'm trying to install the latest Windows 10 because other programs on my laptop does not work until I complete the installation.

@Likz

According to the HP specs, this is a fairly new PC, so my guess is that it would be running a current version of Windows 10.

You say it is not, so what version of Windows 10 is it running?

Also, I can think of NO reason why you would need a BIOS update to run ANY version of Windows 10.  On my old desktop, which had come with Windows 7 on it, the BIOS was really OLD and it ran the most current version of Windows 10 without any issues.

What Update are you trying to install that is complaining about the BIOS version?
