After the last time I used the laptop, a system error popped up and the laptop started to repair it with a blue screen or something like that, after that it turned on and no bootable divice was written on the screen, after that I decided to take down the Windows and install a new one, I went to boot, switched to legacy, put it in the first place of the yuzb discret, after that, it was saved, the reboot started, I went to choose from which flash drive, I chose, the start started and after that BI InitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000229 wrote, now where don't go it writes (I wanted to go to system restore, and there also writes this error) pzhlst explain step by step how I can remove /fix this error

If nothing is connected to the laptop except the battery, then when it is turned on, it writes a 3F0 hard disk error, and when you connect and start from a flash drive, it writes this error
