after a 93% Win 10 installation, i incur an error message (Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, the restart installation. Error code: 0x8007001B), of which the creation disk finalized the USB recovery drive
Please be advised, as there may be probable physical damage, from which my wife inadvertently slapped'er (well er uhm, eh hem, slammed)hand down upon the laptop whilst during an argument
Yet, before commented the absolution, that my envy is dead & gone, i'd appreciate, greatly, some comforting solution, as this laptop is yet only 2yrs+7 months old. prior to her bein' disgruntled 'bout (an unrelated laptop incident), the value (followin' expired "Geeksquad" service warranty) had been of $879
so, what are the applicable advisements?

Hi:
As I see it, you have two options if you have not tried both of them already.
1. Make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery client utility and see if that works.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
2. Create a bootable W10 USB flash drive using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below....
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If W10 installs using the second method, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
