Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get error after going through installation process. The window is headed by "Installation Complete", then Failed Installation: Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver. I have attempted multiple times with same result. Suggestions?

Are you using HP Support Assistant to try to update? If so try going to your Support page to download the Intel driver and install it manually.

Enter your serial number which can be found at the bottom of HP Support Assistant window.
