Failed reset

 so I just brought this from eBay it’s a hp pink windows 11 laptop. I can’t get in because previous owner has a lock pin so I’m trying to reset fully so I can disable the pin.

but as you see I keep getting this error message when it stop %10

If the notebook is less than 5 years old, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool with another Windows PC to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

You will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Include the #ABA to the right of the product number.
