Hi got a black blackberry screen. Got into the bios done system extensive test and it got to the hard drive long &DST check it says failed with failure ID 6APQ1R-9L7AR1-MFGJ2K-61AQ03 what do I do

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

After you replace the drive, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
