Afther a update. My computer freezes at 35%. When I do a quick scan. The next failure ID pops up: QE7T3V-9QKBRS-MFGKHF-60TK03. I can´t do anything. Recovery mode is not possible because of this issue. Can someone help me please?

That doesn´t help me at all...Like I Said I can´t do a backup. And I can´t go in recovery mode. It just keep on updating and stays at 35%.

It tells me that your notebook's hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

 

If you can't do a backup, then it's too late, and you will need to move on to installing a new hard drive and reinstalling Windows.

HP Hard drive check has identified a critical failure in your system that requires repair.
