Here is a translation of the failure code.  The only additional information those codes provide is the serial number of the PC, which I have deleted from the report, as it is a violation of the forum rules to post serial numbers.

Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure

You will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
