I'm getting the following failure ID on my HP Omen laptop
UBQ311-AB5C1L-XD7U3F-60TW03
My laptop gets stuck on the startup/logo page. Left it for about 5 hours today & it never moved. Gets stuck "Preparing Automatic Repair" if I attempt that.
I'm pretty sure my SSD has died, however if I could get a fault description that would really help as obviously HP have stopped us from being able to access these on our own.

You will probably need to install a new SSD and reinstall the operating system.
