My laptop keep freezing at short duration yet frequent time. I run the diagnostic tools and it shows :

Processor Check : PASSED
Wireless Module Check : PASSED
Hard Drive SMART Check : Recommended Action - Executing DST...
Hard Drive Short DST Check : FAILED

 

Failure ID : 94U572W-989AB6-MFPW3F-60VQ03
Product ID : 4NT44PA#AR6

 

Hard Drive 1 - Primary HDD Bay

 

Questions : What does it mean ? what can i do to fix it? What causes this trouble?

That code usually means that your drive has failed, but it's impossible to tell in your case because the tool we use to check such codes says the one you supplied is invalid -- meaning that there is a mistake in it.
