My laptop recently stopped working. After much digging around, I managed to get the UEFI to run a check on the hard drive which came back as failed.
The failure ID is q0anmk-APjBs2-xd7v5f-60v803. Product ID is 1e411av. Is there anything I can do with this information, or do I need to go hurry and replace the computer?

Hi:
Enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a general overview of the problem and the most likely way to fix it.
HP Customer Support - Service Center
You will probably need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system if you don't want to buy a new notebook.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
I don't know what type of drive HP installed in your PC.
It is probably a 2.5" SATA mechanical hard drive and if it is, you can replace it with a better performing 2.5" SATA SSD.
After you replace the drive, you can also use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
