That message means the hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced. That will also,require the Windows OS needs to be reinstalled.

In order to replace the hard drive, the laptop case needs to be opened and locate the hard drive. Here is a generalized manual for that model line

The hard drive replacement is on page 53 with the necessary steps to complete the task. Listed are 2Tb and 1Tb drives, with 1Tb drives being the most common.

Once the new drive is installed then Windows needs to be reinstalled.

Thanks again hope this will work for me well then. Got 2 failure id :m4wc21-0009k2-xd7w3g-619k03
And failure I'd :m4wc21-0009k2-xd7w3g-60rb03 ....if I replace hard drive and reinstall window will the problem be solved completely
