Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V0AV)

I have an r5 5600h but the temperatures are very high (between 70 and 85 degrees in normal use and sometimes + 100 degrees in games not very greedy A). The fans activate automatically after 70 or 80 degrees but only at low speed. The temperature then continues to rise up to 100 ° and towards this temperature the fans switch to the second gear but it remains very slow to cool well and activates too late. Omen gaming hub does not allow me To manage the speed of the fans except to put them to the maximum but it is a lot noisy and loud. I did some research and there is the NOTEBOOK FAN CONTROL software that allows you to manage the speed, is there a risk of using this software and is it compatible. Is there other software?

Overheating is not related to the state of my laptop because it's a new laptop and the problem start from the first use.
