Earlier this morning i received a notification that system has detected that cooling fan is not operating correctly. Can i know why this problem occurred, My laptop is new and i have never faced this kind of problems in my previous laptops.

(1) Please check your < fans >

 

Take time and read -> HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures in Windows 10

( Also suitable for Windows 11 )

 

Fan - Speed

Determines if the fans are functioning properly.

2–10 minutes

 

Noninteractive

Fan - Thermal

Determines if your CPU fan is functioning properly.

320 seconds
