I’m having an issue with my fan constantly running. I used a whole can of compressed air, tried to clean it. I checked and my CPU temp is 30° celsius. I’ve looked through task manager and cleaned my storage. 
my computer is not overheating, there’s plenty of storage and the fan will still not stop running. I’m getting the error code 90b which is what I got at the beginning. 
I tried to download the thermal profile and turn it to quiet but it wasn’t working at all. 

please help. The fan is so annoying
