Hello my laptop when I turn on it's showing to signin but when I click on sign in it's not responding. And also it moves to the wallpaper how to solve my problem it's not opening tell some plz

How old is your laptop? 

I would try to restart it and hit the esc button quickly during the startup and try the advanced startup to either have windows trouble shoot it or refresh install if it gets to that.
