My device is giving attached error, how can I replace it? Or what should I do now? I want to claim guarantee and replace it, it is a brand new device almost less than 2 months old.WhatsApp Image 2025-12-19 at 16.47.24.jpeg

Hi @Sungur1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP device is showing a Fatal Error (0xc0000719) and you want to claim the warranty for a replacement. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this and the proper next steps.

Power reset the device
Turn the device off and unplug it from power.
Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on to see if the error persists.

Check for recent changes
If you recently installed new hardware, software, or updates, this could trigger a fatal error.
Try booting without the new hardware or performing a clean boot.

Attempt a system recovery (if applicable)
Some devices allow a system recovery or reset from the boot menu.
Only use this if you are comfortable and have backed up any important data.
Do not attempt hardware replacements yourself
Opening or repairing a brand-new device may void the warranty.
Wait for official HP support guidance for replacement or service.

I hope this helps.
