Hp stream

I bought a HP stream laptop 3 weeks ago, and I'm having problems using it. It is running on Windows 10.

First problem is 'displace driver failed to start' when browsing the Internet or using Seriff, the screen will go black with a random small, green and pixelated picture in the centre of the screen.

Tried reinstalling drivers, updating drivers and rolling back drivers. Also reinstalled Windows 10.

Second problem is memory.

Despite there being hardly anything on my laptop, the memory is on red, full.

@Adamzy19,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display driver and the memory on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Hey, really really appreciate you trying to help and sorry for the late response. I tried your solution but it didn't work. Memory is still full despite there being nothing on the laptop, Google Chrome wont work, Serif randomly closes down when I'm using it and I get that random pixelated box in the centre of my screen.
