Probably not, but you can try this:
After you remove the 2.5" drive, buy a USB to SATA cable.
Something like this:
Plug one end into the failed hard drive and the other end into a working PC's USB port and see if you can read/copy and files from the hard drive to the PC.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
You may want to consider replacing the 500 GB mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media and when you get past the 'Install Now' screen, you will be asked to enter the version of W10 you want to install (Home or Pro). Select the version of W10 you were running when you upgraded to W10.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and activate after you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Hello, Paul,
thanks.
I have removed the hard disc from the laptop and tryed to open on new laptop with the Hard Drive Adapter.
It shows me that it is not possivble to open. Like "wrong parameter.
is there any way to copy all the informarion from there? Do you have an idea why the hard disc is not working anymore?
Thanks. Tina

You're very welcome, Tina.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what that error means or how to get around it.
Your notebook is more than 5 years old and that is about the time hard drives begin to fail due to wear and tear.
Some hard drives fail much sooner than that.
There are moving parts inside the drive that spin at 5,400 RPM and they wear out.
The heat generated by the notebook is also a contributing factor to hard drive failures.

Yes, it is very possible you won't be able to recover the data.
That is why one should do periodic backups of their files.
I back mine up monthly onto a portable hard drive.
It is not a matter of if a hard drive will fail, but a matter of when.
You can take the drive to your local PC repair shop to see if anything can be done to recover your files, but it could be very expensive to do that.

You're very welcome.
I have this model which is plenty big enough to store many files and pictures.
If you don't need that much storage, you can opt for the 2 TB model.
Once a month, I copy and paste my user folders to the portable hard drive that contain all of my files and photos.
I let the copy overwrite the existing files just because it is easier for me to do it that way and I want the newer updates to certain files I may modify such as spreadsheets.
If you plug the drive into your PC's USB 3 port, the file transfer is much quicker.
