HP Pavilion 17-f000 The machine is getting old and full so i decided to restore to factory. i used the one in the hard drive partition. Everything was going fine it was even installing all the apps except wammo. it got to mcaffie and errored out to not able to find some location to write to. sorry i didn't write it down. i then remembered i had made a factory restore thumb drive when i fist fired it up. yea!!Nope it has the exact same error on the installing mcafee part. and its to old to get the free download. it obviously a script error. so i thru win 10 on this machine and came here and decided to let hp identify machine. nope when i download the file to help identify "hpsupportsolutionsframework-13.0.1.131" that gives me an HP Support....was not installed successfully an error.....:-3 error so i look at the singed file and its Igor's 7z SFX setup program. ok HP can you help me with the rcovery error?

And #2 is the "hpsupportsolutionsframework-13.0.1.131" supposed to be the 7z SFX Setup file? go my fingers crossed i really loved the machine and its programs.
