Finding Windows Key (New SSD installed - Old SSD not accessible)

Dear Community,

My laptop cs3001-na is out of warranty and its SSD storage device is no more accessible/detected by the system (not even command prompt). The laptop came with factory-installed Windows 10 (64-bit). Previously, the product was registered with HP Online and the Windows 10 was activated automatically by internet upon the first switching-on. 

Now, I have bought the new SSD and planning to reinstall the Windows 10. But I am worried about the Windows Key. The command prompt does not detect the disk and displays an error when I try "wmic path softwarelicensingservice OA3xOriginal Product Key" command in it. 

Sadly, I have lost the box it came in (during my last move) and do not know what to do. Is there a way that I can find the Windows Key in the BIOS and see it visually? Or perhaps send an email to HP Support Centre asking for Windows 10 key against my ser.

Hi:

Since your notebook came with W10 from HP, the product key is encrypted in the BIOS.

You should not need a product key to reinstall Windows.

I checked your notebook's product number, and it is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
