HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC

Hi everyone.

I just installed a Bios update and so restarted the Pc.

I didn't look specifically what kind of update it was, but i know it was a Bios update and something about th TouchPad because i saw it on the restart screen. So, as always, it ask the touch id or the password to continue and it was all good, zero problems.

Now, the installation is done but the Pc doesn't recognize my finger id at all and i don't remember the bios Password cause I've never used it since 2020.

It's maybe something about the fingerprint reader? Or is an issue comes with the update?

I don't know what to do,  can someone please help me?
