Hi

 

My new HP Probook 440 G11 could not recognize my fingerprint signing in.

Any solution?

Hi @ArsenalFRCP 

 

Not all Probook 440 G11 models have an internal fingerprint module; they only have an external button, and the internal module must be purchased separately. Most likely, it does have a webcam with Windows Hello.
