My personal opinion is "No".
I checked your regional information on the company -- one of the shiny review sites was covered with glowing reviews (nice but somewhat suspicious all by itself - no company is that overwhelmingly lovely).
The Red Flag: Apparently the company (at least sometimes) gets into peoples computers and then wants to sell security software to fix "buggy bits" in the computer.
What? Signing into someone's computer and poking about is a tired scammer trick to pick at your private information and charge extra for services that might not be even needed. Worse, depending on the depth of the infiltration into your computer(s), a monitoring device might be implanted so that next time "anything" pings their attention, a pop-up will invite you to contact the service.
Finally, if you let someone you don't know into your device(s), they have access to all your files, documents, pictures -- Anything that is not encrypted and protected can be copied, searched, or infected. Be wary of thieves.
I could be wrong -- I think it might smell like fish.
