Hello,

 

I recived my brand new "HP Victus 16" today.

I startet it and first came HP battery allert temperature to low...  the the HP screen then Boot Menu then blackscreen witch two options "Load FreeDOS including HIMEN XMS-memory driver"

"Load FreeDOS without drivers"

And after that a black screen with a few symbols where i can type in  " C:\> "

 

can anyone tell me what to do?
