Please provide laptop information in your next reply.
Make sure you are using the charger provided with the laptop; Make sure the AC cable is connected to a working outlet, and that its other end is firmly connected in the AC adapter. If this is a USB-C charger, it should charge any USB-C device such as headphones, tablet, phones - just to confirm that the adapter receives AC power and provides DC power.
If you cannot make your computer work, I highly recommend contacting the seller and taking it back in its original box with all the guides, cables and things that it came with, and ask for a DOA replacement to get an identical new laptop instead of having it sent to repair. DOA exchange could still take some days if the shop doesn't have the same model in stock so I would consider a refund as well.
Do not try to service your brand new laptop.
