Hey! So my laptop is stuck on the hp logo screen. I read a few forums on here that gave me directions to press esc after I reboot it, but the next step is to select f2 on the Startup Menu and it is not working for me! I’ve tried pressing fn+2. It doesn’t seem to help. Any advice?

F2 is the correct key to run diagnostics. If you have one of those keyboards where the function keys along the top row have multiple functions, then once you get into the Startup Menu, you have to press Fn+F2, not Fn+2, to run the Diagnostics.
Good Luck
