Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 CTO

My Notebook:   HP Spectre x 360 convertible 15-ch0xx

Opsys: Latest:    2023-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems  (KB5022303)

 

Objective:  Force System RECOVERY  -  due to  incomplet bootup

 

Have tried - not seem to work:   ( unless doing these incorrectly ... )

1.  Win Key + Shift  +  Power button

2.  On / off power button several times

3.  Pressing   either F9, F10, F11  at start up

 

Yes, I know there is  HP Revovery Manager.   However, that precludes the system has already been booted up and working.

 

Question:  How to force the SYSTEM RECOVERY - during the boot up process before it fails to fully boot?
