Product: Laptop 15dw1081wm

Forgot password & when going to my settings to reset & wipe clean there is no reset option to be able to reset. The only options are Startup Repair, Command Prompt, Uninstall updates, UEFI Firmware Settings, System Restore, & System Image Recovery.? How do I reset my laptop?
