Product: Hp mini HSTNN-157c

I was going through some old stuff and found one of my old laptops from a few years back. I can’t remember password or what system it was running. Want to give it to my grandson for a starter. I get error CNU90227J4 fatal error system halted. Can someone please help me unlock it? Thanks!
