Product: HP 2000-bf69WM Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My Hp 2000 notebook windows 8 has been in storage for 1 and half years. When I turned it on the other day it wanted a power on/ administrator password. I tried to put a PW in but it gave me a system disabled code after 3 tries of 89182388. I've tried turning it off unplugging power chord taking battery out holding down power button for 30 second and it doesn't do anything. It won't let me factory reset it. Please help
