Please, try to enter this >> 31959801

as a response code.

 

This should let you enter BIOS, start your PC, unlock your BIOS and/or reset security settings.

I'm afraid there is no other code to test - the response code you need to enter is generated based on your code you provided, and this one is generated from your BIOS/motherboard.

 

Could you post your full HP product model and product number (p/n) as descrived here >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

 

Besides the numbers you posted, do you see anything else on the screen with regards to the code ? Is there any letter before the numbers , like "i"  ?
